In this role, the Program Coordinator performs general administrative duties and is directly responsible for serving as the main point of contact for the audit team. This position will coordinate with internal stakeholders, hospitals nationwide, and OmniClaim clients to ensure that all workflows associated with the audit process are completed. The Program Coordinator is an operational maven and plays a pivotal role in moving our audits to completion, and by so doing, locking in savings for our clients and revenue for OmniClaim.
The Program Coordinator is a relationship builder and will engage with hospitals and medical facilities through various modes of communication (electronic, written, telephone, etc.). Working as part of a high-energy team, this position will continually help push to close OmniClaim audits efficiently and quickly.
